Still don’t know where you would like to go...  below is a bit more about what the countries have to offer...

The Eastern Free State is the gateway to Lesotho, a tourist can cross the border close to all small towns. Lesotho (the land of the people who speak Sesotho ) is totally surrounded by South Africa and is making a reputation for itself as a fantastic adventure tourist destination.

The Basotho people are very friendly and welcoming, and the country is relatively safe and politically stable compared to some of its neighbours. No post-apartheid effects, traditional lifestyles still very much alive and a laid back pace make Lesotho refreshingly different.

Add superb mountain views, excellent hiking and horse riding trails, comfortable accommodation in lodges, B&B's, Guest Houses and hotels and most places are accessible with an ordinary rental car.

An excellent short cut takes you through Swaziland.  completely different from South Africa. Swaziland, one of the smallest countries in Africa, has a reputation for friendliness in Southern Africa.

It contains several large game parks and reserves, which are sponsored by the government and are popular tourist destinations compared to other countries in the region, Swaziland is known for its civility and peacefulness.

Swaziland can be done in 2 or 3 days, but it has enough on offer to stay at least a week. Though accommodation is not as plentiful as in South Africa, both the backpacker and people looking for more luxurious accommodation wil easily find a place to their liking.

Situated along the south-western coast of the African continent, Namibia is truly a land of remarkable contrasts.  With a land surface of 824 269 square kilometres, it is nearly four times the size of Great Britain.  Namibia is a country of clear blue skies and pleasant climate.

The Country’s landscapes are an ever-changing kaleidoscope – changing from the Namib dune sea in the west to teak woodlands and waterways in the northeast.  The new Cape-Namibia Route offers a plethora of activities in a combination found nowhere else on the planet.  This is the one route where you can touch dinosaur fossils, dive in kelp forest, play in the snow, revel in the cacophony of hundreds of thousands of seals and gannets, immerse yourself in the spectacle of the second-biggest canyon in Africa; kayak in white and blue water, eyeball black-maned lions and sip German beer to oompah music.

Ample accommodation is available in the area, be it guest houses, lodges, guest farms or hotels in smaller towns of the south of Namibia, in the midst of the most awe inspiring landscapes.  The southern regions of Namibia are known for excellent stargazing.Situated along the south-western coast of the African continent, Namibia is truly a land of remarkable contrasts.  With a land surface of 824 269 square kilometres, it is nearly four times the size of Great Britain.  Namibia is a country of clear blue skies and pleasant climate.

Join us on an unforgettable expedition to Botswana, the land of open space, untamed wilderness and unsurpassed scenery and wildlife.  Discover the marvel of the Central Kalahari from the casual Lodges situated in the northern border of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve or unparalleled boating safari from the lower reaches of the Okavango Delta, starting in the town of Maun, where activities include game drives, quad bike safaris and an unforgettable experience with the local Bushmen people.  Mobile overnight and day trip safaris explore the dry fossil riverbeds in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve.  The most famous of these is Deception Valley.

A World Heritage site situated in the Northern part of Zimbabwe, offering adventure safaris and a chance to get up close to some of Africa’s magnificent game, either on foot, by vehivle or paddling down the mighty Zambezi.  An experienced guide is with you every step of the way to talk you through the every day interactions of many varied species that can be found in this magnificent park.  Activities include game drives, walking with lions and elephant back safaris on the property.  A tour of Victoria Falls, a sun downer cruise on the Zambezi River and extreme sports such as abseiling, bungi jumping and white water rafting awaits you.

The Victoria Falls are an excellent start to your Zambian holiday.  Combine your stay at Victoria Falls with a safari through the Kafue national Park, one of the largest parks in Africa.  There are many different habitats to enjoy from the Bushanga plains in the north, via the central riverine section, to the Nanzhila Plains in the south.  Game viewing and river activities will mark your stay.  The kafue River with its numerous tributaries like the Lufupa, the Ntemwa and Lunga River is the lifeblood of the kafue national Park.  In the north of the park it loses itself in the famous Busanga plains and swamps, then flows gently as a mighty river down to the Namwala Game Reserve.  As you might expect, activites focus on fishing, boat cruises, bird watching & game viewing on foot or by vehicle.  There is a natural hot spring.  Most activities can be done outside the parks, but allowance should be made for at least two park entries during our stay.  Recommended stay is 4 nights.

A perfect backdrop of endless white sand and translucent sea mesmerizes all who visits, whilst the untouched marine environment allows for constant new discoveries, whether your passion is diving, fishing, snorkelling, or simply exploring unspoiled beaches.  Ideal for honeymooners or families.  Other activities include picnics on surrounding shell-speckled islands as well as various complementary non motorised water sports.  Rekindle your soul, and allow yourself to be captivated by the allure of a nonchalant way of life.

Snow white beaches and turquoise oceans.  Natural coral reefs teeming with exotic fish and breathtaking sunsets.  If you’ve ever wondered what paradise really looks like, wonder no more.  An ideal honeymoon destination, couples are invited to enjoy private moonlit dinners on their veranda or to indulge themselves in world-renowned massages with Madagascan essential oils.  So isn’t it time you came and reminded yourself that the world is indeed a beautiful place?
