The abseil off the top of Table Mountain is the World's Highest Commercial Abseil. At roughly 1063m above sea level, you begin your 112m descent - abseiling down approximately the top tenth of the mountain - after completing the absiel, there is a +-20 min walk up a contour path to get to the top again. This activity guarantees a sense of achievement! Either walk or take the Cable Car (not included in the cost) to the top of Table Mountain.
The helicopter flights depart from the Waterfront. You’ll have a choice between 20min, 30min and 60min scenic flights. The 30min flight follows the Atlantic seaboard along the majestic Twelve Apostles – through Constantia and then back flying over Table Mountain and the city bowl. The 60min flight follows a similar route to the 30min flight, but instead of heading back to Cape Town after Noordhoek – you carry on along the entire peninsula – returning via Simon’s Town, FishHoek, Muizenberg and then inland over the lush Constantia Valley and back to the heli-pad at the Waterfront.
